From the owner Godson we got extraordinary service; he met us 1 day prior departure to brief us and drove us to the start point the next day.

Our local guide Alex Lucas was just excellent: knowledgeable, friendly and easy getting along. His focus on health and taking our time really made us feel safe during the climb. I had trouble with altitude symptoms, but our guide was very patient. My boyfriend with Alex made it to the top, but I struggled, so I had to turn back and it was a smart Alex’ decision to take an extra guide (assistant) before leaving the hut so that he could keep me safe back down from the mountain in case I need.

Our private 3 days Mount Meru climb was outstanding and very positive. A really memorable experience. Highly recommended!
